It was about 20 years old and, since shortly after I bought it I moved to a very small lot, it was rarely used. It had never been serviced (no oil changes, gasoline sat in it for years, etc.) Since moving again to a large lot I needed it in top working condition. My Simplicity mower went in with some unknown problems besides being filthy from sitting around for 2 years unused. Within a day, Josh was calling me detailing the situation with a cost estimate that was very reasonable. His repair work was exceptional and his attitude was very positive and courteous. I will certainly recommend Josh for all small engine work. Thanks. p.s. My mower actually came back washed and looking almost new. Nice touch.
